Payments should be fully settled in Taiwan Dollars on the reservation date, no deposit will be charged.

Prices are inclusive of fuel, all freeway tolls, parking fees, meals for chauffeur.  NOT included: entrance fees / show tickets, where an entry fee is charged.

Please reconfirm your booking with us 3 days prior to your reservation date.

Please remember to bring along your mobile phone keeps you in contact with our chauffeur.

Prices may vary depending on the distance of the destination.  If you would like to change your itinerary during the journey, please contact our chauffeur for a new quote. (Snow Chains are charged at NT$1500 per car)

We cannot guarantee a specific brand/model of vehicle for standard reservation, if you would like to specific, please contact us for a quote.

We will provide the chauffeur's contact details to you 1 day prior to your reservation date.  For cancellations due to force majeure events, such as typhoon or earthquake, please let us know 12 hours prior to your reservation date.

Overloading vehicle is illegal and carries severe penalties for chauffeurs and operators.  If passengers stick to overload the vehicle, they will have to fully pay the penalty fare.

Under the Laws of The Republic of China, the chauffeur of a motor vehicle is prohibited from causing or permitting any internal combustion engine which forms part of a motor vehicle to operate for more than three minutes while the vehicle is stationary (“idling prohibition”).
